What a fabulous Surprise Wedding Proposal photo session candidly photographed and video recorded at the Pincio park terrace outlook. Choosing the marble terrace which has an awesome light in the morning to photograph this truly unique monument. Dodging the early morning runners looking for a selfie over the city! And when the moment arrived, it was a touching surprise welcomed with a lot of Joy and Happiness! To the sound of Dire Straits played by the a local street musician!

Then after catching breath from the great surprise! The photographer and videographer presented themselves. And we continued on with an Engagement PhotoShoot in the park environs. Starting at the other metal railing terrace which had a different light and view over the city. Taking some nice portraits with red roses before heading into the park. Where after a brief 10 min walk. We reached the Villa Borghese lake where we took some nice posed photos by the lake. With the Temple of Aesculapius in the background photographed on an angle. As well as some engagement ring shots. Finding just the perfect background with a bougainvillea plant which has bright fuchsia flowers. Then walking around the small lake to reach one of the Villa Borghese entrances where we took some final engagement photos!

Looking back on this morning at the Terrazza del Pincio. It wasn’t just the yes that made the moment unforgettable, but also the setting itself. A historic panoramic terrace in the heart of Villa Borghese. One of Rome’s grandest gardens with sweeping views over Piazza del Popolo and the city beyond. After the surprise proposal and a joyful engagement session. The couple wandered through shaded paths and around the serene lake with the Temple of Aesculapius. Soaking up both the scenery and the atmosphere of this classic Roman landscape.
