Payment is divided in a 30% deposit payable at the moment of booking via our instant quote page either by PayPal or Stripe which is direct credit card debit. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot and can be paid in euros (cash) or by credit card, with a 6% studio fee applied to card transactions.

Images are delivered after editing and post-production through our cloud servers. Standard delivery is typically within one month from the proposal or photo session, often sooner depending on the period. Once ready, you will receive an email with a download link providing access to the high-resolution files, including full printing rights.

For those who prefer a quicker turnaround, a faster delivery option is available through the Expedient Image Delivery add-on during the booking phase. Once the images are uploaded to the cloud server, they remain available for download for approximately two weeks, after which the files are automatically removed.

Choosing the black and white option includes both color and black-and-white images, with the monochrome versions delivered in addition to the color files.

Besides proposal and engagement sessions, our team also documents full wedding celebrations across the region through our wedding photography services in Tuscany.

Our photography studio currently consists of three experienced photographers, including Andrea, the founder, and two associates, one of whom also works as a videographer. Each session is assigned to a photographer approximately one week in advance, allowing us to organize every engagement or couple session efficiently and with careful planning. This approach ensures that each moment is captured thoughtfully and with professional expertise.

Our Italy Photoshoot services cover some of the country’s most iconic destinations. In Rome, our team of photographers in Rome captures elegant couple portraits, engagement sessions, and intimate moments amid historic streets, piazzas, and private gardens.

Further south, the Amalfi Coast offers stunning cliffs, charming villages, and sun-drenched coastlines, where our romantic sessions in Positano and coastal portraits create timeless memories in naturally dramatic settings. The nearby island of Capri provides a unique Mediterranean backdrop for capturing memorable moments, whether on seaside terraces or hidden coves.

Heading north, Venice offers canals, historic bridges, and ornate architecture. Our professional photography services in Venice document engagement sessions, elopements, and couple portraits, including iconic gondola rides and intimate moments along the waterways. Each location is approached with careful planning to make the most of natural light, scenery, and the distinctive character of Italy’s diverse landscapes.

The best time for a photoshoot depends on the location. For sessions in Florence, early morning is ideal to avoid the crowds and capture the city’s historic charm. Sunset can also work, especially from elevated viewpoints like Piazzale Michelangelo, which offers sweeping views over Florence. In contrast, shooting at street level during sunset can be crowded, limiting clear vistas. Focusing the session around landmarks such as Ponte Vecchio can produce beautiful, timeless images while making the most of natural light.
