Asking the BIG question
The perfect day for such a romantic surprise wedding proposal. In one of the most beautiful locations. Where the fountain was closed off just a few minutes before we were supposed to meet. To allow the city personnel to pick up the coins. This happens on a regular basis but it is not a scheduled event. But we were quickly able to turn a negative event into a positive opportunity. Replanning our location on a different spot. With the advantage of not having people in the background! And being able to exchange messages via whatsapp certainly. Finally finding the perfect location for the proposal!
And after the great surprise and faithful YES! We continued on with some nice and romantic engagement pictures in around the environs. Taking different portrait pictures from different angles. Benefitting from the fantastic early morning sunlight. Then we ventured on a photographic walk towards the Spanish steps. Where we stopped along the way to take some more nice portrait pictures. Ultimately reaching Piazza di Spagna. Where we initially took some pictures down by the Barcaccia water fountain. Making our way up the stairs trying out different photo ideas. All the way up with some final fantastic images right underneath Church Trinita’ dei Monti!

A Perfect Backdrop for Timeless Photography
