Family photography in Rome!
Piazza del Campidoglio
This was a great photo session in Rome! Taking place at Piazza del Campidoglio. Which offers endless photo opportunities! Perfect to get some wonderful portraits. We started with the spectacular view over the ancient Roman Forum from one of the terraces above which have a truly exclusive view. Taking different angles views on the ancient ruins. Then we walked all the way down to the street level. To continue with some unique portraits taken by the Arch of Septimius Severus. Using it to create an awesome picture frame around the portraits.
Later we took some more candid shots walking around the environs. Before ascending the stairs to get back to the main square. Where we found this amazing ancient roman marble statue which we used as background to some more photography. Ending the photo shoot on the other side of the square. By the Caffarelli terrace which has truly incredible view of the ancient roman skyline. With many distant church domes. Concluding the shoot with some final pictures with the ancient buildings of the Piazza del Campidoglio in the background! Check out this similar shoot here at the Roman Forum.
