At the Trevi fountain
This was just such a romantic surprise wedding proposal candidly photographed at the Trevi fountain in the early morning. Where we had the fountain essentially all to ourselves! The surprise effect was great as well as the joy and happiness that followed! After recuperating from the great shock we met and continued on our Rome photoshoot by taking some nice couple portraits around this once in a lifetime location. Trying out different angles, perspectives and poses.
Then we took a scenic walk towards the roman Colosseum. Stopping along the way to shoot some more cool couple photography. Including small roman alleyways. Unique statues and staircases found along the way. As well as the fantastic view of the colosseum as you approach on a small cobblestone alleyway. Concluding the engagement photo session with some final portraits with this iconic landmark in the background!
