The ancient Rome setting
Meeting in Piazza del Campidoglio in the early afternoon. With a beautiful day ahead of us to take some wonderful pre wedding pictures in around the Rome city center. For the first pictures we were standing in the middle of the open square, so we had calibrate our shooting time pretty well as the sun was really beaming down. But with such a photogenic couple nothing can go wrong! We moved through the different location the square can offer. Including these great stairs which create such scenic views with the right lens.
The Imperial Forum and the Colosseum
We moved over to the side of the square to find such a spectacular view over the ancient roman forum. The location is so unique that it was really worth while to photograph from either side. Then we started walking towards the Roman Colosseum which is not very far away. We stopped along they way to photograph details or backgrounds capturing some really interesting photos.
Once we arrived at the Roman Colosseum the view was just majestic. Here we alternated some couple shots together with some individual pictures. The dress, the color, the wind, it was just so inspiring!
