Ever break a key in the lock?
Ever do it when you are already running late!?

It looks like this:

The key breaks-off inside the door lock

This is the moment I first lay eyes on the broken key with stupor.  You are already running late.  Running late for something important like a Photo Shoot in Rome.  Inside that door you have all your photographic equipment… but you can’t get to it.. anymore. And your face looks like this:

“What do I do now!? I can’t even plan to arrive late.  It’s over!”.  I had my back-up photo camera with me when this happened and these pictures are the product of 30 sec of panic which I digitally recorded as my best recollection of what was going on.

My little girl looks at me like: “Whattcha doin daddy!?”
